Star Rating is a fully interactive rating control: stars fill progressively as the cursor sweeps across them, the rating locks in on click with a pop, and a thank you message appears. The fill and lock animations are GSAP driven. Built with React and Tailwind CSS. Ready to wire into feedback forms, app store mockups, and review flows.
